Sections covering Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.

NOSERESET™ DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOSERESET™, ITS PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NoseReset™, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. The remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico, United States. You and NoseReset™ consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in New Mexico.
